The Growth of a city
DOR's Myrtle Beach building projects have been designed to complement the city's oceanside appeal. DOR is working closely with local developers to build two oceanfront high-rise condo projects as well as a single-family home development. This will be a significant housing supplement for a city that is growing at such a rapid rate.
DOR's work in Myrtle Beach will also be to acquire and develop the future Hard Rock Theme Park, due to open in the spring of 2008.
