I) The Procurement Fee for renting the Property is equal to one full month’s rent.
II) If Resident renews or extends his/her lease, Owner will pay Agent a Renewal Fee equal to one half of a full month’s rent at the renewal rate for a period of not less than 1 year renewal. Fee will be prorated accordingly to length of renewal. If a resident signs a lease for longer than twelve months, Owner agrees to pay Agent one half of a full month’s rent in the 13th month.
III) The Monthly Management Fee is Twelve (12%) percent of the monthly rental rate of the current lease. Rents which are over $2000.00 per month will be 10% and rents over $3000,00 per month will be 8%.
