Creating communities in Atlanta's neighborhoods
DOR's focus in Atlanta is to rejuvenate the neighborhoods' communities with creative new employment opportunities, a better quality of life, and a mixed cultural living environment. In May of 2006, this mission to create beautiful communities in and around the future ''Beltline Development" began. DOR's current projects are in and around Atlanta's Westside Village, Simpson Road Corridor and Bankhead Corridor.
DOR's promise to Atlanta is to build solid relationships with the city, other investors, neighbors and businesses throughout the area.
